Ring Studio orders: Estimated production time is approximately 15 business days from the date your order is placed.
Fully custom designs: Estimated production time is approximately 30 business days from the date your order is placed. Timing depends on the design and number of revisions; design edits may extend this timeline.
Shipping time is additional to production time. The shipping estimates below apply after your order ships.

Standard Shipping — $10 Flat Rate
Standard shipping within the USA is available for a $10 flat rate. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days.
Express Shipping — $30 Flat Rate
Need your order sooner? Express shipping within the USA is available for a $30 flat rate, with estimated delivery in 1–3 business days.
International Shipping

Local Pickup by Appointment
Local pickup is available in Springfield, Missouri, by appointment only. We will contact you when your jewelry is ready to arrange a pickup appointment. Please wait for confirmation before arriving. Production times still apply to Ring Studio and fully custom orders.
